Bellfield Speech Pathology is currently recruiting an independent Speech Pathologist to join our team.
You will be working within the early childhood early intervention area through to school-age clients, clients with developmental delay, and/or a disability. Your specialty areas can also be accommodated.
Committed to a transdisciplinary approach, you will engage with families and carers to ensure the support and inclusion of clients within the community.
Bellfield Speech Pathology also provides services to a range of community groups, including disability and educational services – kindergarten/pre-school, primary and secondary school.
As part of the role, you will be supported by a team of Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants taking on an existing and new clients caseload and providing ongoing services to clients in Warragul and surrounding regional areas.
What you’ll need to succeed? The ideal candidate will have:
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
- experience or interest with developmental delay, autism spectrum, neurological and physical disabilities
- excellent and well-developed report-writing skills
- ability to work up to 5 days a week
- full membership to Speech Pathology Australia
- Driver’s license

– Job Description for an Allied Health Assistant –
We have an exciting opportunity for an Allied Health Assistant to join our friendly and driven multidisciplinary team. Do you have experience with children and a passion for working with children?
What you’ll need to succeed? The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate 4 Allied Health Assistant – Speech Pathology or willingness to enrol and complete the certification in the next 12 months (at own expense)
- Be a Speech therapy student in their 4th year or in the 2nd year of Masters
- Current Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia
- A minimum of 1-year experience working with children
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

What are the tasks involved?
